RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in original condition.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
- International orders (where applicable)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at : hello@theplie.com
Please include clear photos and your order number so we can assist you promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note your financial institution may require additional processing time.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
