Returns & Refunds
We want every THE PLIÉ piece to feel considered from the moment it arrives.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returns
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.
Please contact us before sending a return. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the return instructions.
Return Shipping & Fees
For standard returns, return shipping and related fees are the responsibility of the customer. Approved returns are subject to a flat-rate return shipping fee.
For international returns, the customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other import-related costs.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, THE PLIÉ will take care of the applicable return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on our part.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are accepted within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order has not been fulfilled or shipped.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@theplie.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the details and provide the appropriate next steps.
Final Sale
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked Final Sale
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different style, colour, or item, you may return an eligible purchase and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable return shipping or return-related fees.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your bank or card provider may require additional time.
