Each THE PLIÉ order is prepared with care before leaving our Toronto studio.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated based on destination, package size, weight, and selected service.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other import-related costs.
Any charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the shipping carrier or customs authority.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.
Transit times may vary due to carrier schedules, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside the control of THE PLIÉ.
THE PLIÉ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, or incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, unsuccessful delivery, or incorrect shipping information, any resulting return shipping, customs, brokerage, or related charges may be deducted from the eligible refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped.
Please monitor your shipment and respond to any delivery or customs requests from the carrier when required.
